We added in-app AI translation so maintenance technicians can view work orders in Spanish, reducing confusion and support calls. Testing showed a simple “View in Spanish” button worked best. Clients are excited and want more translation features, which we plan to add.

With over 7 years of experience in product design, I’ve had the pleasure of working with both startups and enterprise companies. I hold a degree in Graphic Design from BYU. I spent 2 years in New York as a Senior Art Director for an ad agency, refining my skills and broadening my perspective.

Family

I’m happily married with three wonderful kids.

When I’m not designing, I love running, playing sports, spending summers by the water, diving into the world of VR, and learning about different businesses.
